Our first gin, Golden Tommy, celebrates our sunmuscat grapes from Sunrise Farm in Nangiloc, Victoria, which offer a slight Old Tom style sweetness.
Distilled with a blend of sunmuscats, orange and almonds, it is complemented by Australian native botanicals lemon myrtle and pepperberry. For the Gin traditionalists, botanicals coriander seed and cardamon are included to balance with the juniper base.
We invite you to enjoy a glass of our Golden Tommy with a splash of tonic and squeeze of orange, or in your favourite gin cocktail. Whichever way you choose, our Golden Tommy will bring warmth to your sunset!
