Shipping
Sunset Gin charges $10.00 per delivery for one item and $4.95 for an additional item. Orders $100 or more will receive free shipping within Australia. All international delivery fees are calculated on where you are ordering from and will be inclusive of all duties and taxes. Contact sunsetgin.com.au for international shipping quote.
Where possible all orders will be dispatched the next working day, and within three working days of order and payment processing. Depending on your location delivery may take anywhere from overnight to 7 working days in Australia. Orders are sent via Australia Post Parcel Services or tracked courier services.
Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes. Deliveries cannot be left unattended. All deliveries are made during business hours so deliveries to places of work are a popular choice.
Alcoholic goods will not be delivered to persons aged under 18 years and Sunset Gin may request that satisfactory proof of age evidence is provided by the person taking delivery.
Sunset Gin must be notified of damage caused during shipping within 2 days of delivery. Sunset Gin will coordinate replacement of goods. Photo evidence of damage may be required.
RETURNS POLICY
If you change your mind and no longer want the product please contact us at hello@sunsetgin.com.au within 7 days of receiving the goods. Goods may be returned to 156-174 Kensington Rd, West Melbourne 3003. The product must be returned in a saleable condition:
The packaging is not opened or damaged
The product is in its original condition
Shipping costs will not be refunded for change of mind returns. If you want to cancel or change an order after it has been placed, please contact us and we may be able to assist you.
If the product is faulty or defective on arrival we will offer a full refund or replacement. Please contact us with details of the fault or defect.
